All Gypsy Safari, Canter Safari, and Tatkal bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the concerned Forest Department / Government Authority.
Refund eligibility, cancellation charges, and processing will be applicable only as per the government-approved policy in force at the time of cancellation.
As per the current govt. policy:
- 75% refund may be applicable for cancellations made 30 or more days before the visit date.
- 50% refund may be applicable for cancellations made between 3 to 30 days before the visit date.
- No refund is applicable for cancellations made within 3 days of the visit date.

Tatkal confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable as per department rules.
If the booking is not confirmed or is cancelled by the department, any eligible refund received from the concerned authority will be processed back to the customer after deduction of applicable charges, if any.
In case payment is deducted but booking is unsuccessful due to technical reasons, the eligible refundable amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
No refund shall be applicable for cancellations or disruptions caused by weather conditions, natural causes, government restrictions, park closure, or operational reasons beyond control.
